By using Travnect, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Travnect.
2. Account & User Responsibilities

- Take responsibility for all account activity
3. Use of the Service
Travnect enables users to discover places, create and join trips, connect with other travelers, and use Geo-Assist for real-time peer-to-peer help.
4. User Content
You own the content you post but grant Travnect permission to display it within the Service.
5. Trips & User Interactions
Trips are created by users. Travnect provides trust signals (e.g., trust scores, verified badges), but we do not organize or supervise trips. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
6. Safety Disclaimer
We do not conduct formal background checks, though we provide verification features and trust scores based on user reviews. Always use caution when interacting with others, both online and in person.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal or harmful behavior
- Harassment or abuse
- System misuse or disruption
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Travnect is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for damages arising from trips or user interactions.
10. Changes to These Terms
Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use means acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
